When Firey Gaze (just calling them that because i think they have no canon name apart from that !!) fires those fire balls (wow that's a lot of firey words!) go above or below it and catch them to throw it back at the boss
Included Mage-keShift @ 6:16 as part of a video on the Boss Rush Jam. Was annoyed by the Fire boss at first, but once you nailed the catching mechanic you could really bring the pain to them.

how do you deal damage to the second boss?

the game is very unique and fun but i just wished the bosses had more attack varieties
